Welcome to Kwarachi. By accessing or purchasing from kwarachi.com (the "Store"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Our products. Our huaraches and leather goods are handmade by Mexican artisans from natural materials, so slight variations in color, texture, and finish are normal and are not defects. Product images are representative; minor differences may occur.

2. Orders and acceptance. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including for reasons of availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. Sizes are ordered in US sizing and shipped marked in the equivalent Mexican size, as described on each product page.

3. Pricing and payment. Prices are shown in your local currency where supported and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full payment details.

4. Shipping. Shipping times, destinations, and any customs duties are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Returns and refunds. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return except where required by law.

6. Intellectual property. All content on this Store — including text, images, and the Kwarachi name and logo — is owned by us or our suppliers and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kwarachi is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or this Store. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

8. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
