Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Kwarachi. Each pair of huaraches is handmade by Mexican artisans, so please consider processing time and shipping transit time separately.

Processing time

Orders are normally prepared within 3 to 5 business days before shipping. Personalized orders or orders placed during periods of high demand may require up to 7 business days. The delivery estimates below begin after the order has been dispatched.

Destinations and available methods

We ship from Mexico. The methods and rates available for your address will be shown at checkout; some options may be temporarily unavailable for certain destinations.

Estimated transit times after dispatch

Mexico: standard, 3 to 7 business days; express, 1 to 3 business days.
United States: economy, 10 to 15 business days; standard, 7 to 10 business days; express, 3 to 5 business days.
Canada: economy, 15 to 20 business days; standard, 10 to 15 business days; express, 5 to 8 business days.
Europe: economy, 10 to 20 business days; express, 5 to 8 business days.
Asia and Oceania: economy, 15 to 30 business days; express, 5 to 10 business days.

These timeframes are estimates in business days and do not include processing time. Customs inspections, temporary restrictions, and carrier disruptions may cause delays outside our control.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Orders shipped outside Mexico may incur duties, taxes, or other import charges. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included or prepaid, they are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number whenever tracking is available for the selected method.

Temporary service disruptions

If a restriction arises after purchase and prevents us from using the selected method, we will contact you before shipping to offer an alternative or, if no viable alternative is available, a full refund.
