Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Return conditions
The item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, undamaged, and with no signs of wear. It may be shipped in its original box or in another new, sturdy box that protects it adequately during transit.
To start a return, email us at hola@kwarachi.com before sending the package. Once the return is authorized, we will provide the complete return address and shipping instructions. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping and exchanges
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back and may choose the carrier they consider most convenient. If you request an exchange, we will send the replacement after receiving and inspecting the return; this second shipment will be at our expense.
If the item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and offer a solution.
Discounted items and exceptions
Items purchased at a discount may be returned within the same period unless they are expressly identified as “final sale.” Gift cards and personalized products, including products made with modifications requested by the customer, cannot be returned unless they are defective, there was an error with the order, or applicable law provides otherwise.
European Union and other mandatory rights
This commercial policy does not limit any mandatory rights that may apply in the country or region where you live. Where applicable, European Union consumers retain their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Our 30-day commercial return period provides a longer period, subject to exceptions permitted by applicable law.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return and will let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, it will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
